The offer applies only to your first shipment, including extra services. It cannot be combined with other discounts or bonuses. Yes. Tell us where it’s going from and to, what’s inside and how to contact you. Fill in what you know; we’ll work out the rest together. An automatic price appears once there’s enough information.

For postal deliveries, we add a 100 g allowance to the packed parcel’s weight, then move to the next whole kilogram. So 9.8 kg is charged as 10 kg, while 9.9 kg and exactly 10 kg are charged as 11 kg. The allowance covers scale differences and the customs papers attached to the box. It’s based on many of our shipments and reduces, but doesn’t eliminate, differences with the carrier’s weighing. It doesn’t apply to fixed-price document deliveries or road courier services.

Both options need the recipient’s full postal address: postcode, street, building and flat number. Even with STD, give the recipient’s address, not the post office address; the post office is assigned by postcode. The address is used for customs records and for customs and paper delivery notices. The delivery service’s website or app helps track the parcel, but doesn’t replace paper notices or always show everything they contain.

For Russia, post office collection (STD) allows up to 20 kg per box, a longest side of 100 cm and a total of all three sides of 200 cm. Home delivery (EMS): up to 30 kg, longest side 150 cm, total 300 cm. STD is unavailable if the box actually weighs over 20 kg; exceeding this leads to a penalty, not a different STD rate. The calculator also won’t quote STD if the allowance and rounding take it above 20 kg. We’ll help find another option. Limits for Kazakhstan and other countries are checked separately.

The sender packs the parcel. We can share advice and instructions on protecting your items. For postal deliveries, any customs charges depend on the contents and route and aren’t included in the displayed price. For our all-in courier service, the agreed customs handling is included.

For postal delivery, the calculator shows a price based on the details entered. Road and air courier prices are starting estimates; our team confirms availability and the final price. Road courier quotes are currently prepared on request. Before confirming, we check weight, dimensions, addresses and contents. If details change or you need extra services, we’ll give you the revised total first. For businesses and sole traders in the EU, 22% VAT is added to the displayed price when the order is arranged; it isn’t included in the calculator. We’ll confirm terms separately for businesses in other countries.
