We send a courier to collect your packed, labelled parcel from your building entrance. The recipient collects it at the post office (STD) or waits for the courier at home (EMS). Below are example prices for common parcel weights. See prices for all weights →
| Weight used for pricing | Post office collection (STD) | Home delivery (EMS) |
|---|
| 1 kg | €33.00 | €33.00 |
| 5 kg | €49.00 | €54.00 |
| 10 kg | €59.00 | €79.00 |
| 15 kg | €72.00 | €111.00 |
| 20 kg | €84.00 | €135.00 |
Average times from our actual deliveries: STD (post office collection) 14–21 days; EMS (home delivery) 10–15 days. These are observed averages, not guaranteed service times; they depend on the route and seasonal demand.
Use the weight of the packed parcel. We add 100 g to each parcel for weighing differences and the customs papers attached to the box, then move to the next whole kilogram. This allowance is based on many of our shipments and helps reduce the risk of extra charges for the sender. For example: 4.8 kg → charged as 5 kg → €49; exactly 5 kg → charged as 6 kg → €52.
