Before your first enquiry
Can I start without the weight and measurements?
Yes. Leave a contact, the route and a short description. Weight and dimensions can be clarified in our messages. We won’t show an automatic price until there’s enough information.
What will the final delivery price be?
Postal prices are based on the details entered. Road and air courier prices are estimates; our team confirms availability and the final price. Road courier quotes are on request. If details change or you need more services, we’ll agree a new total with you first.
Who packs the parcel?
The sender does. We can advise on protecting the contents and attaching the label. For the calculation, weigh and measure the box after packing it.

Tell us the origin, destination and contents, and we’ll suggest an option. If needed, for €10 we can prepare the contents list and order form from your lists, photos, receipts or voice messages and send a PDF for approval.
